ProfitLens service terms
Effective July 11, 2026. By creating an account, starting checkout, or using ProfitLens or ProfitLens Sites, you agree to these terms.
The services
ProfitLens provides contractor operations tools, and ProfitLens Sites provides managed contractor website and lead-capture tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, content, estimates, customer communications, and decisions made using the services.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may manage or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by ProfitLens. Email billing@profitlenspro.com if you cannot access billing.
Trials and beta access
If a free trial or beta period is offered, its duration and conversion terms will be shown before payment. We will not charge a payment method unless you complete checkout or otherwise expressly authorize billing. Beta features may change or be discontinued.
AI, estimates, and public data
AI-assisted content, estimates, benchmarks, and recommendations require human review and are not legal, accounting, tax, engineering, or safety advice. Public Market Benchmark uses public information from the U.S. Census Bureau, U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, and U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. ProfitLens is not endorsed or certified by those agencies.
Acceptable use and customer content
You must have authority to upload and use customer, employee, image, audio, and business information. Do not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized access activity. You retain ownership of your content and grant ProfitLens permission to process it only to operate and improve the services.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific lead volume, search ranking, profit, or business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without implied warranties and ProfitLens is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
