How ProfitLens handles information

Information we process

• Account, company, contact, service-area, and onboarding information.
• Leads, tasks, estimates, job records, uploaded spreadsheets, images, audio, and notes you provide.
• Subscription, transaction, and entitlement details from our payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers.
• Device, usage, diagnostics, security events, and support communications.
• Public market data used for benchmarks and public business information used for contractor sites.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provide and secure the services, generate requested AI-assisted outputs, process subscriptions, deliver email, measure reliability, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and AI

ProfitLens uses service providers for hosting, authentication and databases, payments, email, analytics, error monitoring, file storage, AI processing, and optional social publishing. Relevant content is sent only when needed to perform the requested function. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before business use.

Retention and customer choices

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, billing, dispute resolution, backups, and legal requirements. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email privacy@profitlenspro.com from the account email. We may verify identity and company authority before fulfilling a request.
